PRACTICE CATALOG

Six practices, one operating system.

Every engagement is staffed across the practices that fit the problem. No silos, no handoffs between agencies. The team you meet in the first call is the team that does the work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

How we engage.

How do you scope an engagement?

Most engagements start with a six-week diagnostic: a small team on our side, NDA from day one, and a written point of view on the category, the buyer, and the operating cadence. The diagnostic is a paid engagement. From there, multi-quarter retainers begin at the level the work demands. We do not publish prices — every engagement is sized to the problem.

How is the team structured?

The partner you meet in the first call is on the engagement. We do not staff engagements with junior teams. Each engagement is led by a partner, supported by a senior consultant, with shared analytics and creative resources across the firm.

Do you take equity?

We do not take equity in lieu of fees. The firm is paid in fees, the firm is not an investor. We are willing to defer payment for multi-year engagements at a defined internal rate, but equity is outside our operating model.

How do you handle attribution?

We build the attribution model with you, in your stack, in your data. We do not require a particular vendor. We do require that every marketing dollar be traceable to a pipeline event — directly, with a model — or it does not get spent.

What categories of client do you work with?

We work with category leaders in consumer technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, and industrial / B2B. We have passed on category leaders in low-margin commodity categories, and on companies where the position is already locked-in and durable.

How do you handle conflict of interest?

We do not work with two clients in the same narrowly-defined category at the same time. We will tell you at the first call if there is a conflict and we will not take the engagement.
