Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective: July 11, 2026 · Last updated: July 11, 2026
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This is true for all visitors, regardless of jurisdiction. We never have and never will.
What this means
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
If you still want to confirm
If you would like written confirmation that we have not sold or shared your personal information, write to research@coastalvanguard.org from the email address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.
Other CCPA / CPRA rights
California residents also have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No retaliation
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service for exercising any of your privacy rights.
